A lifelong resident of District 13, Mario is fighting to represent the community where he was educated, the residents who watched him grow, and the neighborhoods where his most cherished memories reside. His goal is to provide working class families with access to high quality public education, employment opportunities, and adequate public safety infrastructure.
A graduate of Rhode Island College and Vice President of the Guatemalan Center of New England, his daily work focuses on combatting unconscious bias and the benefits of possessing cultural intelligence to navigate today’s globalized world.
